The Dental Family Beaumaris

In a collaboration with Concrete by Bayleaf, Prowall Construction was handpicked to construct a retaining wall for a new driveway, while ensuring the retention of the front driveway. This project was on a strict timeline as the dental clinic was still open for clients, and the demolition of existing footings/retaining walls and existing services were all interlocked — requiring a very precise operation. For many, this would prove to be a significant challenge, but not for our team. Once our holes were drilled, we used formatube to help hold the bored piers together and used inflowing natural groundwater to our advantage by mixing it with a rapid set, while simultaneously pouring premix concrete — allowing our piers to be at full depth. A spectacular job delivered in under 3 days.
