M&E Homes contracted us to install a 90LM retaining wall along all the boundaries of this multi-unit build, while also using a retaining wall as a sub-dividing wall specifically for unit two. No on-site contacts meant we had to maximise communication to confirm surveying and locations of services and get everything passed by the building surveyor within the timeframe. The first unit was already built before we arrived, and services were installed for both units, which made access quite challenging – but the Prowall team was more than up to the task. Provisions for additional retaining walls were also in place to be completed at a later date. So, watch this space for more.
