Vector Homes contracted us to install a dividing retaining wall between two neighbouring townhouses, and to also install retaining walls on either side of each property to maximise space. This residential project involved creating a sub-dividing wall between two townhouses, along with retaining walls on each property to maximise their backyard space. The design included several returned and staggered walls to complement the natural fall landscape. Due to the complexity and scope of the project, it was completed in two stages as requested by the builder, and the result was exactly what the build wanted – seamlessly tying the landscape of the two houses together, enhancing their overall appeal and functionality.
