Grab Property Group contracted us, and highlighted the importance of a fast turnaround on the construction of a timber retaining wall to retain a neighbouring property – from quote to construction before they started to pour their slab. Challenging ground conditions made site accessibility poor, so to combat this, we utilised line pumps and wood to prevent machinery and personnel from sinking. We had to work very fast to avoid pier holes collapsing in on themselves due to sandy ground conditions. We got the job done within the timeframe, without a hitch, and the client was extremely happy with the outcome!
